What is the return policy?
We accept returns for non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Please note that personalized or custom-made aprons cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made especially for you.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged
When will I get my order?
our aprons are not preprinted. Each one is made to order using a print-on-demand process, allowing us to create a design that’s uniquely yours. Once your order and payment are received, our production team carefully crafts your apron with close attention to detail.
Production typically takes 5–7 working days, after which your apron will be ready for courier delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
We make use of the trusted The Courier Guy for all our deliveries to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We charge a flat delivery fee of R85 anywhere in South Africa — no matter the size of your order. Shipping is quick, reliable, and fully trackable once your parcel is on its way.
